Château Haut-Brion is one of the first growth wine which is the most famous Clasifiacation of the Bordeaux in 1855 and comes from Graves ( Pessac Leognan ) Not Medoc
Pessac Leognan was created northern Graves, it is really big prestige and famous sub- appellation both red and dry white wine. This appellation established 1987 and grape varieties are Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cot (Malbec), Carmenère, whites for Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Muscadelle. Minumum potential alcohol should be 11%, max, residual sugar 4g/l both red and whites. Wines may not be released until October 1 of the year following the harvest
l should say first that the wine was absolutely amazing. l love the take note when l taste kind of great wines.
l think, we could keep at cellar 7-10 more years however Chateau-Haut Brion every time great.
The wine was pale to garnet appearance, on the nose is very clear Black Cherry and currant, Cedar and of course violent aromas dancing together. Well-balance fully body& Tannin, smooth, clear black fruity aromas on the mount. High- Premium wine.
